Usage
You may not either directly or through the use of any device, software, internet site, web-based service or other means remove, alter, bypass, avoid, interfere with, or circumvent any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices marked on the Content or any digital rights management mechanism, device, or other content protection or access control measure associated with the Content including geo-filtering mechanisms.

Vidunia takes no responsibility for advertisements or any third party material posted on any of the Sites, nor does it take any responsibility for the products or services provided by advertisers.
Trademarks
Vidunia, the Vidunia logo, www.Vidunia.com, and other Vidunia marks, graphics, logos, scripts, and sounds are trademarks of Vidunia. None of the Vidunia trademarks may be copied or used outside the Terms of Use described here.
Term
Vidunia may amend Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised version. If there is a significant change, we will let you know beforehand.

Licence
By visiting www.Vidunia.com, you automatically have non-exclusive license to navigate Vidunia’s site and view Vidunia’s content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree to view the Content, Video Player and embedding restrictions detailed above, and further agree that you will not access the Vidunia Site or use the Vidunia Services in a way that:

- attempts to do any of the foregoing.
- introduces viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- violates these Terms or any guidelines or policies posted by Vidunia;
- removes, modifies, disables, blocks, obscures or otherwise impairs any advertising in connection with the Vidunia Service;
- uses the Vidunia Services to advertise or promote competing services;
- encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability;
- damages, disables, overburdens, impairs, or gains unauthorized access to the Vidunia Services, including Vidunia's servers, computer network, or user accounts;
- interferes with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Vidunia Services; or
If Vidunia determines in its sole discretion that you are violating any of these Terms, we may restrict your usage via technical means.
Controls. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding software and the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.
Infringement
If you believe that any Content, User Material, or other material provided through the Vidunia Services infringes your copyright you should notify Vidunia ASAP by sending notice to support@Vidunia.com
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed in accordance with, the laws of the State of the U.S.
Billing
Access to the Vidunia Site and Content and use of the Vidunia Services is free. If we feel it is appropriate to charge for certain premium Vidunia content, we will, of course, notify you.
Disclaimer
Please note that use of Vidunia is at your own risk. Under no circumstances, Vidunia is responsible for any personal damage incurred post viewing Vidunia’s content. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Vidunia parties from and against all liabilities, claim, damages, expenses, losses, fees, etc.
